To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear or use may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and the item or size you’d like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Exceptions

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for return or exchange. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us through the Contact Us page so we can help.

Return Shipping

Please contact us before shipping a return, as return instructions may vary. Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
